What are my options if I’m missing multiple teeth?

What are my options if I’m missing multiple teeth?

There are a number of different ways to replace missing teeth, depending on your individual situation. Dental implants replace both the root and crown of the missing tooth and can also support bridges. They are fixed in place and generally feel most like natural teeth. Bridges use neighbouring teeth to support a replacement tooth or teeth in between, which usually requires crowns on the supporting teeth. Dentures may be removable or implant-supported. Removable dentures can replace multiple teeth and are often the most cost-effective option, although they may feel less natural or stable. Implant-supported dentures are generally more comfortable, provide better chewing ability, help preserve jawbone over time, and are more stable, so they are less likely to move or slip during eating or speaking.

Porcelain Veneers & Crowns – Before & After

Crafted by highly skilled ceramists in a dental laboratory, porcelain restorations are one of the most popular techniques used to transform the look of a smile. Porcelain veneers and crowns are highly detailed, having a beautiful lustre and natural characteristics that appears closest to healthy and natural teeth.

GlamSmile Porcelain Veneers – Before & After

Developed in Europe as the affordable and less invasive alternative to traditional porcelain veneers, GlamSmile veneers are like ordinary porcelain veneers, except for the fact that they are extremely thin, similar to a contact lens, and highly durable. The treatment therefore requires little or no shaving or cutting into healthy tooth tissue to make space for the veneers in most cases.
